The Realtor's Roll in a Strategic Default... is there one...???

  Wow...! it's refreshing to read a responsible discussion regarding a borrower doing a "strategic default" on their mortgage; many Realtor's believe they're immune to the possible ramifications from being involved with this type of borrower(s) "business" decisions... let me be brief and to the point; every strategic default will be audited by the lender... and, if fraud is suspected, everyone involved will be investigated for FRAUD...!!! including and especially the Realtor...!!!
